Your boxes are stored in our state-of-the-art storage centres.
Your boxes and carriers are locked and sealed and our carriers and packs are tamper-evident. We trust our lovely Caboodle staff, but we do have security cameras in place for extra good measure and our centre management system makes your box anonymous so that no-one who works in our centres can ever see what’s in each box on the shelves.
From your account page on our website you can see all of your boxes your contents list and your photo-cataloguing of what’s inside each box to keep you feeling nice and organised.
If you wouldn’t take it on a plane, please don’t put it in a box. We won’t take anything alive, illegal, highly flammable or likely to go off. So, no food products unless tinned.
Liquids such as wine or perfume are fine, but please make sure they’re well sealed. Our carriers are water-resistant, but your other belongings aren’t.
If we have reason to believe your box held a prohibited item then we would remove the box to our designated safe zone and contact you. Any opening would occur under controlled conditions and would be recorded for our mutual protection.
Yes, we store oversized items and suitcases, so call us and we will see what we can do to help.
